born September 8th 1990, Mirfield, Yorkshire.

British Under 15 Champion 2004 and 2005.

British Schoolboy Grass Track Champion: Junior 2001 & Intermediate 2002 and 2003

Scored 12 paid 13 on his home debut for Scunthorpe Scorpions in September 2005. Won a league winners and cup medal with Scunthorpe in season 2006.

Mentored by former Middlesbrough and England rider Eric Boocock and sponsored by Ham Racing along with British number one Scott Nicholls.

Will double up in the Bears' number 7 spot with Rusty Hodgson.
